RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at SiLL. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. Our products can be returned within 14 days of the original purchase. To be eligible for a return, please make sure of the following:

  • Product was purchased in the last 14 days
  • Product is in its original packaging
  • Product is not used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase 
  • You obtained a RMN (Return Merchandise Number) from us

Product that do not meet this criteria will not be considered for a return. To obtain a RMN, contact us at info@SiLLtheTable.com. Then send the product, with its original packaging, receipt and/or proof of purchase and RMN number to:

Shipping charges: Shipping charges incurred in returning the product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage to damage to the product during shipping.  

Damaged items: Oh no! If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately with details (and photos!) and we will be of assistance. Please contact us at orders@SiLLtheTable.com
